Polypropylene Glass-Lined/ Laminated Sheet (PPGL)
Polypropylene Glass-Lined/ Laminated Sheet (PPGL) is Extruded Polypropylene Sheet laminated with a fabric on one side. This PPGL backing is laid-up with Glass Reinforced resins to produce strong yet lightweight structures. The chemical resistance of PP on the inner side and the structure rigidity of fiberglass on the outer side make PPGL the versatile lining material for diversified chemical resistance applications.

The biggest advantage PPGL provides is, it allows designers and engineers to use high chemical resistance properties of polypropylene in large lightweight structures, which are unable to be designed well in conventional unsupported thermoplastic.

PPGL is extremely cost efficient as against conventional or alternative material like stainless steel or rubber lined mild steel. It's also a lot easier to transport and install. Its performance and durability have been tested over the years with the result that it's now established itself as the chosen material for a range of applications, by a number of industries.

Polyurethane Die-Springs, Pads & Punch-Strippers
Polyurethane Die-Springs, Pads & Punch-Strippers are offered as PERFECTHANE in polyether-elastomers that react similarly to an incompressible fluid. The volume of material moved by compression is displaced laterally in the form of bulging sides. An approximation to the change in diameter of one of our standard cylindrical urethane springs can be made by increasing the diameter by the inches of compression.

Polyurethane springs exceed the capacity of coiled springs in generated forces and strokes in a similar space. This is accompanied by the non-compressibility and resiliency. Its volume remains constant under force but changes shape, similar to a solid fluid with a memory. Under load, PERFECTHANE springs produce a high, uniform and continuous counter pressure, returning to original shape when load is released.

These springs are useful in applications where corrosion, vibration, and magnetism prevent the use of conventional steel springs. Also, urethane springs have proven to be the safest, most efficient and reliable compression material for punching, stamping and drawing dies. As compared to conventional springs, the advantages of the PERFECTHANE material include the following:

Cutting / Clicking Boards
Cutting / Clicking Boards are offered in Polypropylene & Polyethylene, Polyamide & Polyurethane grades for industrial, commercial as well as domestic applications with a surface that is easy on cutting blades. These boards possess high impact and absolute dimensional stability characteristics along with perfect combination of material-cut feature. The boards are supplied in planned/ machined/ die/ press finishes. These boards offer trouble free cutting, even with most complex materials. The boards are also offered in colour coding with respect to cut-material matching.

The board material is resistant to knife/ punch cuts; does not take deep cuts while retaining its sharpness and not dulling the knife. Replaning of worn-out boards allows their use up to a thickness of a few mm.

The boards are used on automatic and semi-automatic cutting presses, die-cutters and cutting machines, roller presses & manually.

Different materials can be cut includes; leather, leather cloth, rubber, foam, woven & non-woven fabrics, textiles, fiber cloth & fiber board, cork, felt, paper, cardboard, hardboard, asbestos, foil, plastics & numerous other materials.

Replaning of worn-out boards allows their use up to a thickness of a few mm. All formulations are offered in natural colour until unless specified.

Chopping Boards & Butcher Blocks
Chopping Boards & Butcher Blocks are offered for home use to commercial food preparation in Polyethylene grades; HDPE & UHMWPE. We offer planning service for the refurbishment of used boards to prolong the board's life. These boards are smooth for trouble free chopping, slicing and cutting & friendly with knife.

Colour coded chopping boards are recommended to prevent cross-contamination between food groups. Boards are manufactured from premium food grade high-density polyethylene & UHMWPE. They will not chip, crack or warp and are non-porous, non-absorbent and stain- resistant. Everyday stains can be removed from with soap or cleanser in hot water.

The boards are offered in six standard colours; white, sky blue, green, red, brown & yellow. Chopping boards and butcher blocks are offered in square, rectangular and round shapes.
