PERFECAST NYLON-6 (PA-6-G) (Natural color)
Standard quality for high wear demands on engineered components for machines and equipment. Natural color is ivory gold/ cream. This grade is un-filled/ plain in the purest of Nylon Casting form with higher tensile properties than any colored plain grade Cast Nylo-6.

PERFECAST NYLON-6 (PA-6-G) + Blue / Black color
Standard quality for high wear demands on engineered components for machines and equipments with blue and black colored options.

PERFECAST NYLON-6 (PA-6-G) + Oil (Green color)
PA6-G features a homogeneous distribution of the lubrication oil during polymerization. Therefore, the improved sliding properties remain, even after machining and part wear with integrated lubrication, self-lubricating effect and improved wear resistance.
Oil-filled product dramatically reduces friction in comparison to standard cast nylon. This means that PERFECAST NYLON-6 OILON is particularly suited for sliding parts under high load and increased speed. This grade is green in color.

PERFECAST NYLON-6 (PA-6-G) + High Impact (HI)
High impact cast nylon offers improved impact strength and machinability vs. standard quality BLUE and NATURAL grades. Slightly reduced wear resistance is also realized.

PERFECAST NYLON-6 (PA-6-G) + High Impact + Low Friction (HIA)
High impact and improved frictional properties are offered with this specialty grade.

PERFECAST NYLON-6 (PA6-G) + Heat Stabilizer (HS)
Heat stabilized to protect better against thermal oxidative degeneration comparable with standard quality and work continuously nearly 140oC temperature. This grade displays properties of MC-901 grade Mono-Cast Nylon.

PERFECAST NYLON-6 (PA6-G) + Molybdenum Disulphide (MoS2)
Higher degree of crystallinity with dry sliding and low wear rate properties are achieved by the addition of molybdenum disulphide. UV-radiation resistance is enhanced. Offered color is Jet Black.

PERFECAST NYLON-6 (PA6-G) + Molybdenum Disulphide (MoS2) + Oil
Higher degree of crystallinity with improved sliding by self-lubrication and low wear rate properties are achieved by the addition of molybdenum disulphide. UV-radiation resistance is enhanced. Offered color is Grayish Black.

PERFECAST NYLON-6 (PA-6/12-G)
High impact and improved abrasion resistance are offered with this specialty grade. Low frictional property is optional subject to application use.
